Chris Aiken, Senior Pastor
Chris Aiken, Senior PastorChris Aiken has served as the Senior Pastor of Calvary since 2007. Chris and his wife Jodi (also pictured here) are the proud parents of two sons, Dillon and Hayden. Prior to coming to Calvary, Chris and his family served as church planters/missionaries in Malta, New York and started Cornerstone Community Church. Originally from South Carolina, Chris has served churches in South Carolina, New York, and Florida. He has also served as a member of the State Executive Committee for the Baptist Convention of New York, and presently serves on the Executive Committee for the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association.
Glenn Thrower, Associate Pastor
Glenn Thrower serves as the Associate Pastor of Young Adults. Glenn holds a B.A. degree from the University of West Florida with additional training at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Glenn manages a local business in Pensacola. He is married to Karen and they have three sons: Nathan, Patrick, and Joseph. Glenn can be reached at email@example.com.
Liz Nims, Director of Preschool Ministries
Liz serves as the Director of Preschool Ministries and has been a member of Calvary since 2006. She and her husband, Patrick, have faithfully served in many different ministries at Calvary, including the children's ministry, Awana, women's ministry, and on the media (AV/Sound) team. Liz and Patrick have two sons: Matthew and Christopher.
Liz is a native of Pensacola and works as a marketing coordinator for Elite Services of Pensacola. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Pensacola State College. Mat Ingram, Minister of Worship
Mat has served in the worship ministry for many years and has led the team since 2015.
Mat is an Instructor with the US Navy. He and his wife, Esther, have three daughters.
